Complex Dual VC-LFO
This is a pure modulation party in a small footprint. The Morph and Merge functions provide access to complex waveforms for a wide range of modulation. Distribute them across your rack via nine outputs.
Each LFO offers fast or slow cycling, with selectable square and triangle shapes. The fast cycles reach into audio territory at around 100 Hz, making it useful for percussive modulation and low-end movement. In slow mode, cycles extend up to ~35 seconds. With external negative CV, this can be pushed into the range of around 10 minutes.
Blend the LFO signals, or any external signals (including audio), in the Morph section. Or use the signals in the relational logic section, Merge, which opens up a wide set of derived waveforms by slicing, combining or rectifying. Pseudo waveshaping.
Dual-color LEDs (red/blue) indicate signal polarity clearly.
Patch tips
– With several related but not identical waveforms available, it’s easy to dial in harmonic relationships and use them as modulation sources.
– Routing the Merge outputs into our Rotaries module provides a quick and intuitive way to switch between sources.
– Self patch outputs into the CV inputs for mayhem.

Plutnik was a small Swedish research rocket launched in 1961, marking the starting point of Swedish space exploration.
It was a simple system, designed to explore what’s possible from a limited set of building blocks. That felt familiar.
And yes, the name is quite cute.

With external signals, the filter stays soft, clean and precise. Adding resonance gives a liquid acid sound (as from a good filter coffee). When driven into self-oscillation, it generates sine waves perfect for deep bass, kicks, and percussive tones.
With an integrated VCA placed after the filter, the module shapes both tone and dynamics in a single path – precise when clean, saturated and raw when pushed.
Raise the offset to move seamlessly from rhythmic sounds to heavy drones.

Add a hotter signal to the VCF audio input or VCA CV input for the distortion!

We wanted to build a versatile filter module with a balanced function-to-HP ratio, so we added a VCA too. For us, ergonomics are as important as function – it should feel intuitive and spacious around the core controls
And since we’re from Sweden, we couldn’t resist adding a little warmth…

This is a compact mixer with the most crucial functions needed, regardless if used as a submixer, stereo mixer or endmixer in a mini-rack. It’s normalised to have four inputs and one output, but can be used as two channel stereo mixer.
AC coupled, which means it’s suited for audio and not DC-voltage.
Patch tips
Use me as a stereo to mono summing mixer. It’s also possible to flip the front panel to have the jacks up instead of down.

Background

PHASES easily solves that problem – and offers so much more. We often feed our MATRIX mixer with signals from PHASES, using it as a versatile three-channel sequencer.

This is a DC-coupled attenuverting matrix mixer featuring four input channels and three output channels. Each knob serves to attenuate and invert the signal from its respective input, directing it to the corresponding output.

MATRIX is an updated version of our classic MIX43. The biggest change is the footprint which now only takes 8hp from your precious rack space. And yet it’s still ergonomical, so basically it’s just a great improvement.
