Sometimes you just end up there. Modules everywhere. Cables in lost patches and yourself in the middle thinking - is this good, bad or everything in between at the same time?

In the video you have a bunch of LFO’s routed through our Matrix mixer, feeding CV into various modules. It’s a neat way to control your rack at one single point, making a whole chain of synthesis being affected by the twist of a few knobs. With somewhat unexpected but at the same time, controlled, output. Perfect for improvisation and live situations!

When it’s time to enjoy music or analyse our products we take it seriously by utilizing our custom-built sound system - in addition to studio monitors. It’s important to feel the audio as well as hear it, you know. 🫠

This is a sneak peek into our listening room where small intimate concerts will be held among other events. We still have a long way to go, but it’s evolving as we speak, with acoustic treatment on the way!

For those wondering these are Paraflex speakers designed within a community called High Order Quarterwave Society. As we built this system we contributed with measurement data, drawings and design ideas along the way. Very interesting development happening in the speaker world as well.

We are happy to announce our very first product!

Mix43 - Attenuverting Matrix

Now available at @efn_modular 🎉🙏

MIX43 is a DC-coupled attenuverting matrix mixer featuring four input channels and three output channels. Each knob serves to attenuate and invert the signal from its respective input, directing it to the corresponding output.

The knobs are set to zero at the 12 o’clock position. Turning the knobs clockwise adds the original signal to the mix, while turning them counterclockwise adds an inverted signal to the mix. MIX43 can be used to mix both control voltage (CV) and audio signals.
